SHORT ANSWERS
Three questions we hear at the intake rail
Do you need our pricing files before we book a call?
No. The first bid or no-bid review runs on the opportunity document alone and needs no commercial data from you. Pricing builds start later, once a file clears review, and at that point the desk asks for your current price list and any comparator records you hold.
How long does a full schedule proposal take to assemble?
A complete first submission typically runs six to eight weeks from intake with calm inputs. Renewals and limited modifications are faster, often two to three weeks, because the desk already holds your history and identity record from an earlier engagement.
Can you support a shop that already has a schedule and only needs band-aids?
Yes, that is a common start. Many firms come to us with one overdue modification or one compliance question and stay for the calendar. Bring the single pain point and the desk will fix that first, then show you the rail that would have caught it earlier.
Put one file on the table
Whether it is a live opportunity, an overdue modification, or a rate structure you want checked, the reply is a plain answer you can act on.
